Von Miller is terrific. He will have a long and successful career in the NFL, no doubt about that, not so sure about Tebow. Remember the guy Tebow replaced at QB won 10 games as a rookie starter in the NFL behind a great defense and special teams too. It's a lot easier to be a "winner" when you only have to score 17 points a game to win.

LOVE TEBOW... his interview after the game was just awesome, so simple, and so right. Love that kid. Irvin asked him When you miss open guys what do they say when they come back to the huddle? Tebows response... essentially after the well i tell them ill hit them next time was.. Luckily for me we dont have any selfish receivers on our team... funny

Maybe not "good", but logic would say then, he's at least better than average, right?

I've never understood the hate. I think it does stem from his college days though and all the gushing ESPN did on the guy. Other than that though, there is no reason to hate the guy. He seems to work his *** off and in general lives a good solid life by being a nice guy. Maybe the NFL just got to used to guys like TO and OCHO Cinco Who seem to make more noise off the field than they do on. MAybe this is the NFL's way of promotiing him. "Well, he doesn't seem to do anything but play hard and practice hard. MAybe us hating him will keep his name and the NFL in the spotlight."

It's really funny all the double standards applied to Tebow. Almost every game I watch the announcers say that if a receiver gets his hands on it, it should be caught. In the KC, only ONE of Tebow's passes didn't hit the receivers hands and that is the one the announcers kept bringing up. Last night, there were a number of catches that should have been made, but with the worst receiving corps in the NFL, Tebow isn't going to get much help... How many passes has Decker missed the last couple of weeks?

I also have zero idea what the hell the Broncos coaches are trying to do. The first drive they ran some option, got Tebow out of the pocket and got points on the board. Every drive after that they ran standard run plays, inside the tackles and kept Tebow in the pocket, it's no wonder it didn't work... Finally in the last drive, they took the reins off and what happens?
I agree with this. I love the offenses that are different than the mainstream the NFL puts out. The Rams' "Greatest Show on Turf" with Kurt Warner and the wildcat when the Dolphins first ran it. I think it's fun watching the big NFL ends geared for rushing a pocket passer trying to chase down the option later in the game. It is very funny when Mark Sanchez leads his team to 13 points and loses folks (other than Sanchez himself) were coming up with excuses for his performance but scratching their head at Tebow's. I still don't particularly like the guy, but I was cheering for him and the Broncos on that last drive, because that's the kind of football I want to watch.

I mean, 'cmon NFL. Who doesn't want to watch a QB run over linebackers on an outside run? Who doesn't want to watch a QB beat a blitz around the corner for a TD? Other than Jets fans, that is...

If they had any running backs left and receivers, I'd be more critical of Tebow's performance. The less Fox and the OC have him in the pocket passing it, the better.

Love the idea on Dan Patrick show. Play Orton for first 3 quarters and bring in Tebow AKA "the closer" in the 4th.

And both of those were gimmicks, that only succeeded with exactly the right personnel for a short period of time, just like this one.

Definitely a good point and a big reason for their success.

I'm not saying Tebow is an All-star or anything like that...but this whole "worst QB in the history of the NFL" talk I've seen is just plain stupid.

Tebow took the Broncos on a 95 yard drive to win the game...and he accounted for 92 of those yards. He should get credit for that.

People that think he's the worst should go watch tapes of Marc Wilson with the Raiders. That guy was bad and looked terrified.

Tebow is the best RB on that team.

I die a little inside every time he wins.

I think the Tebow hate comes from jealousy for the most part. People are jealous that he lives his life in such a good way, even with the outside pressures of being a college and pro athlete, etc.

He succeeds at everything he does, and it bothers people. He seems to be a better person than most, and for sure a better athlete than most. It bothers people.

No. It's not jealousy. It's from having ESPN ram him down our throats for 4 years at Florida. Colt McCoy was every bit the quarterback, winner, and Christian that Tim was/is, but he didn't get the constant deification.

So you hate him for something he has no control over? Makes sense.

One day he will back his car into a light pole and we will find out he had been banging strippers the whole time.
