If you are a professional athlete you should be strictly liable for what goes into your body. The only way you should be able to get around a negative test is some kind of machine/testing error.

Cards should remain at the top of the division regardless of if Braun is suspended or not. They should have a pretty solid rotation, and if Berkman can come close to last year's production they should still have a good lineup.

My Cards will get Wainwright back, and they are going after Jimmy Rollins too. Some say they are going after Beltran too, but I hope not, he sucks.

But they might get Rollins and possibly one other hitter with Pujols' money, so although losing Pujols hurts, it's not like they won't get someone else with the money they would have spent on Albert.

A lineup with Rollins, Holliday, Berkman, David Freese, Allen Craig, and possibly some other big name hitter would look fine to me. Plus having both Carpenter and Wainwright back. I wouldn't count out the Cards.
