    As a Bears fan I love the move, AS LONG AS this doesnt create a state of mind that we will be OK without Forte.

    Forte is huge player for us and the lack of news on him and his contract scares the hell out of me

    Bears should be pretty impressive this year. Their defense is usually very solid and they now have Marshall, Cutler, and 2 good RB's.

    Matt Forte apparently isn't happy with the Chicago Bears' signing Thursday of free-agent running back Michael Bush, implying via Twitter that he feels "disrespected" by the move.

    There is no question the Bears, at least in part, were thinking about insurance for Forte when they agreed to terms with Bush on a four-year contract. Bush was by many to be the best running back available in free agency.

    Forte, who was hoping for a longterm contract with the Bears but instead received the franchise tag earlier this month, took to Twitter to say: “There's only so many times a man that has done everything he's been asked to do can be disrespected! Guess the GOOD GUYS do finish last....”
