It was close enough to call it. No controversy. I thought is was a 50 50 call, and he made the call. And yeah, you know the ump was aware, but it was a legit call nonetheless.

He should of checked with the 1B ump, who had a much better view of it.

in that situation you have to give an advantage to the pitcher if you are unsure...would be a ****** thing to do to not give him a perfect game over a 50/50 call...and it also seems the White Sox get the most no-hitters/perfect games, too bad they can't win the rest of the time.
