The scary thing about that is how many of those guys didn't just flame out in Cleveland, but flamed out, period. It'd be different if a bunch of them went on to good careers in other places. You could rationalize it by saying that the Browns just didn't surround them with the right players. But the vast majority of those guys didn't do that at all. They just weren't very good quarterbacks. That speaks to absolutely terrible scouting by the team, and is the really shocking thing about that list.
