    Exactly. Unless there are 2 outs, if the ball is hit to the outfield you keep your *** on the bag. The third base coach is really just there to give signs and give the runner going to 2nd another pair of eyes while rounding 2nd base.

    Agree at this level he should have known that. Hell I can be plastered at a slow pitch softball game and I know that.

    No doubt he will pick it up this year. But 5 years from now I doubt it. He made a good choice going to an AL team.
