Danny Tartabull threw me a ball during batting practice in the Metrodome.

I've been to multiple games but haven't caught a foul ball or homerun. My sister got a foul ball in Yankee stadium and she wasn't even paying attention to the game. The ball rolled under her feet. I was upset when she told me about it because she didn't even know what she did.

I've never sat in the Wrigley bleachers, but if I did I'd take a decoy ball. Catch a homer, throw the other ball back.

Yes 3rd grade. It hit off a guy's shoulder that was two rows ahead of me and went straight up in the air towards me so I jumped up and snatched it. Pats on the back and cheers followed. So fun.

Went early to a Cubs Giants game on August 8th, 1994. Scalped tickets and was in bleachers for sole purpose of trying to snag home runs in bp. Walking to get beers as it was my turn and notice Bonds step in. So I'm standing almost straight away next to an usher otherwise no one was really around. So here comes one and it's coming in really hot so I make the call to let it hit rattle around and get on it. It hits the metal bleacher next to me so I turn to see where its going to end up. It bounces off the concrete wall comes back and hits me in the top lip straight on. I have to wrestle the f=+ing usher for it. My top lip swelled up so bad I had to physically lift it to drink beer that afternoon. Photo of ball below. You can see the scuff on the left hand side where it hit the bleacher. Giants won 5-4.

I was sitting by manual scoreboard at Principal Park and I was bugging Angel Pagan to throw me the ball all day. By the 7th inning he rockets the ball over me and it flys out of the stadium.
I yelled at him "Angel, you threw it too hard, it went into the river!" He turned around and pointed at me and plugged his nose with one had, then unplugged it, and then made a paddle/swimming motion.
I yelled back at him "It's too f**king cold in that water!"
He turned around and had a huge grin on his face.

Brilliant. I've always stressed about that. How great would it be to catch a ball and then get booed seconds later for not throwing it back. I doubt I'll ever sit in the bleachers but need to remember.... just in case....
