What I find very interesting about this is the pairing of Harrison Barnes the Ames boy, with Royce White, the ISU alum onto the Cavs. I think the Cavaliers would become my second favorite team.

I don't think this will happen. With the Celtics apparently promising Royce a spot at pick 21 or 22 I don't think the Cavs will be able to draft Royce. Though they could trade up to get him since they have two second round selections.

A potential starting five of

Kyrie Irving

Harrison Barnes

Tristan Thompson

Anderson Varejao

Royce White

I think Jamison and Parker leave as free agents.

That's a young starting five, but I could definetly get behind that team.

Except all the Cleveland insiders and papers think they are going to take Michael Kidd-Gilchrist not Harrison Barnes...

I don't dislike Harrison Barnes, don't feel strongly about him either way really. As and NBA fan I'd be surprised if he reaches All Star level or surprised if he doesn't stick at all. I think he'll be a little more productive than Wesley Johnson has been in the pros but not drastically.

I hope Barnes ends up better than Wesley Johnson. Johnson might be the worst player in the league.

I see him as a less defensive Luol Deng.

I would vomit profusely if the Cavs took Barnes over MKG.

Royce wont be there at 24 imo but I would be ecstatic if the Cavs got him

I'm starting to like the Barnes pick more than Giltrest. Everything I've been reading lately MKG isn't that good of an offensive player and is more of a defender. Nice to have, but not that high in the draft. I'd love to get both Barnes and White.

I could never get behind a team owned by Dan Gilbert. Can you imagine the **** he'd write about White in the largest Comic Sans font his Cavs website could handle if White ever left the team in search of a championship?

Living in Columbus I would be very excited if the Cavs picked up Royce. For that to happen though, they would most likely have to do that with the #4 pick as I don't see Royce being available by #24
