Re: Harrison Barnes refuses to sign with Kings

How will he make it without Skype? David Stern better be waiting to Skype Harrison with the pick! This might be really bad!

Re: Harrison Barnes refuses to sign with Kings

What an idiot...he thinks his brand would be better served in LA or NY or some other huge market....for him its all about his brand and his money....

Ironic, he made the same type of announcement as did that idiot in Miami, lebron copied harrison in making "The Announcement"...

But here's some points to consider...

Chicago Bulls 1982 were 27-55 and they drafted Micheal Jordan.
Sacremento in 2011 were 22-44 and drafted Barnes.

Consider the nucleus in Sacremento is a lot closer to making the playoffs and doing something great then was Chicago when MJ went there....

    Look at this starting lineup:
PG Tyreke Evens - on the rise PG that is a great penetrator and assist man.
SG Marcus Thornton - led team in scoring at 18 ppg, young athletic shooter.
SF Harrison Barnes - Best player ever to play basketball (in his own mind).
PF Robinson from KU - beast down low, will translate well to NBA game.
C Demarcus Cousins - all star player and will only get better the more help he gets around him...

This starting 5 could be the next OKC....Barnes needs to get his head out of his Brand and do what Jordan did - show it in whatever city your in, win championships, and the money will follow....or you could be another Greg Odom - all the promise in the world, live off the hype make a bunch of money in the first couple of years and never really amount to anything!

You may need to check yourself. Barnes was drafted by the Warriors, not the Kings.
Don't confuse hope for a plan.

Even if Barnes was drafted by them, the Kings aren't winning. Prior to the draft they basically had about 4 guys who wanted to jack up 20 shots a night whether they should or not. They also had zero people to play defense.

RW will be a better pro.

    My 2 cents.
