So do you think this means valbuena is relegated to bench duty?
I'm excited to see them play. They are probably going to struggle a lot at times but I'd rather see them play than Valbuena and LaHair.

Lahair can't hit LHP so hes going to be a platoon. I expect Valbuena to be a bench player/defensive replacement. He may get a few starts at 2nd as well to see what he could do there in case the cubs choose to trade barney in the offseason
