I felt bad for the Ball Boy when the story and video first hit the internet, but now I think he got exactly what he deserved and I think maybe Swansea should face a fine as well. Calling him a Ball Boy is a stretch. The guy is 17 years old and the son of the Swansea Director. It isn't like he is some 10 year old that fell on the ball and couldn't quite get up from the awkward position. He posted on his twitter before the game that he was needed for "#timewasting". If this guy was 14 or 15 then I'd give him a pass, but not a 17 year old who can (or at least should) grasp the gist of the consequences for his action.
Time wasting is what it is. Every smart Ball Boy does it when his club is winning. He wasn't retrieving the ball a little slowly or tossing it to the players like it weight 100 lbs. He was actively trying to withhold the ball from a player who was right there trying to get it himself. Frankly, I wish Hazard would have kicked him harder for that D Baggery of a move.
Also, the above .gifs are amazing. If people can't see the skill and athleticism it takes to perform that move then they honestly are unable to appreciate athletics as a whole.
