Re: Tampa Bay Bucs D***ish Moves during Victory Formation
I love it! If players are going to ***** and moan about a team actually trying on the last snap of the game, then I don't want them on my team! If they just play those extra couple of downs then they won't have to worry about it at all! Tom C complaining saying somebody could have got hurt. Tell your players to strap up and play like they're actually in the NFL. End Rant!

Not sure why he didn't do it at the end of the first half though.

The Giants were caught off guard and decided to ***** about it instead of taking it for what it was, a chance to win the game.
Why would anyone just CONCEDE the game because they aren't ahead?
How is the kneel down ever legal, or right? All other plays the player must be touched by an opponent to be down. It's a ******* stupid play and bad for football.
Secondly how is a spike not intentional grounding AND a personal foul spiking the ball penalty?

Secondly how is a spike not intentional grounding AND a personal foul spiking the ball penalty? 1. QB's don't have to be touched if they willingly give themselves up, whether by sliding or taking a knee.
2. Do you also complain about the holder's knee being on the ground during fake field goals?
Edit: I agree with your point about Tampa having every right to go for it when they are within a score and reasonable time left on the clock.

Sure I went extreme, but my point is that they should have to run a real offensive play every down.

I hate field goals, so I may start complaining about the holder's knee being on the ground during any field goal, fake or legit. With our FG success, it might level the playing field even more.

For some time now, in the NFL, kickers have been succeeding on more than four out of every five field goal attempts –– and, of course, extra points are pointless because they’re so seldom missed that they’re beside the point. But field goals. I don’t know exactly at what percentage it is when something in sport is so easy that it becomes too good for the good of the game, but certainly 80 percent is way too high. If you want to be entertained by perfection instead of competition, go watch Meryl Streep doing an accent or a good magician doing card tricks. It’s easier to kick a field goal in the NFL than to make a free throw in the NBA –– and free throws are just that: free. Nobody is contesting you. If field goals, contested, are guaranteed, better than 80 percent good, then, I’m sorry, but the game is lacking. Now, in the NFL, even better than half the field goals from beyond 50 yards split –– as they always say –– the uprights. If they are down by one score, I'm completely fine with trying to force a fumble.

Re: Tampa Bay Bucs D***ish Moves during Victory Formation
I have no problem with it (and my favorite team, Atlanta, may see this twice this year).
Few people have any problem with a team running up the score, because it's not team A's job to not win by too big a score, it's team B's job to stop them from scoring. In the same mold, it's not team B's job to just roll over and die when team A has decided it doesn't want to play anymore. As long as there's a chance for team B to win (and that chance is by forcing a miraculous turnover), team B should keep fighting.
