The picture of Jennings laying on top of Tate with the ball against his chest, and Tate with one hand kind of stuck in there with one arm around Jennings, while one ref signals TD, other signals touchback, says it all.

There is no point even playing the games with officiating that bad.

Golden Tate needs to just shut up and quit lying. And Pete Carroll still makes me sick.

There is no simultaneous possession if one person clearly catches it first, which the D did.

That said, if I'm McCarthy I'm also yelling at my DB for trying to catch the ball. Knock the ****** down, man. That player put his own stats (getting an INT) above winning the game for his team. Unacceptable.

Wrong. If the defender catches it first, even if he's still in the air, the offensive player can't reach in later and claim simultaneously possession. I can't believe you think you know the rules better than Jerry Austin.

If that were the case I don't think they'd have been required to kick the PAT. Just my thought, I don't know for sure.

And if I was Ed Hochuli, I would not be smiling at all (as someone stated earlier in the thread) because the game is being ruined...

This was not a reviewable play. The booth officials cannot determine possession. Only if the ball was caught in bounds.

good point. Goodell can't just wave a wand and make the regular refs come back. He doesn't have that kind of power. If people want to be mad, be mad at the owners.

How I envisioned every Packer fan last night. The Packers are my "Iowa Hawkeyes" of the NFL so I always enjoy seeing them lose, that one was a little disheartening as a general fan of the game though. (Also sorry if someone has posted this gif already, My friend showed it to me on facebook and I had to share haha)

As much as I despise the Hawkeyes, I wouldn't even want them to get robbed as bad the Packers did last night. (Just imagine the months of whining that would result.)

Rodgers said they gave him a kicking ball for the Packers two-point conversion attempt.
