Re: Week 7 Discussion Thread
Chiefs need to get some braves. Too many Chiefs and not enough braves. Seriously, they look bad today. Again.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -
Re: Week 7 Discussion Thread
The Chiefs have yet to hold the lead in a game for any amount of time this year.

It appears CBS fantasy football Live Scoring is broken. This upsets me greatly.

Part of it is Calvin Johnson is essentially being eliminated by defenses and the other receivers aren't carrying the load. Another problem is the Lions pretty much have no running game (although they didn't have much of one last year either).
Much like Iowa State's offense, it's easy to blame everything that's wrong with the Lions' offense on Stafford solely because he's the QB, and while he certainly shares in the problem, laying all the blame on him is lazy analysis, just like blaming the QB for everything usually is.
Ironically, for as much heat as the Lions' defense took last year, they're what's been keeping the Lions in games. While they don't rank high in the glamorous stats like sacks and interceptions, they've been staving off opponents' offenses enough to keep the team within striking distance.

Who are these Vikings? Ponder's actually looking good, AP looks like he never was injured, and Harvin looks unstoppable. Too bad they haven't done much once they've gotten into the red zone so far.
Favorite Teams: Kansas City Chiefs: 2-14, 1st Pick in Draft, QB Acquired, Optimistic future Iowa State Cyclones Basketball: 23-12(11-7) Season Over-Thank you seniors Chicago Cubs: 4-8, Another ugly season incoming. Thank you Ricketts. -

I believe the Lions were leading the league in drops heading into their bye as well. Or near the top IIRC.
