Josh Hamilton to the Angels
Not that kind of angel. He's dead to me, but he's not dead. He's now an LAA.

Hamilton, Pujols, Mike Trout.......damn. How can you not want to watch when the Angels are on TV.
Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts!

This Angels-Rangers rivalry is fascinating. Garza to Texas for Olt sounds nice right about now.

Re: Josh Hamilton to the Angels
Angels are spending there money wrong in my opinion. They won the world series with pitching. Now they are trying to out Yankee the Yankees. They will lose most of there pitching to free agency because they can't afford to sign them.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

I just have a suspicion that Hamilton goes slumping similar to Pujols' performance this year. I also have a suspicion that the Angels don't quite understand the maintenance required for Josh, and am wondering if they've got their chaperones lined up to be with him 24/7. The kid will be right in the middle of every temptation he could find outside of Bangkok.

Re: Josh Hamilton to the Angels
If Josh minds his P's and Q's (unlikely) that lineup is insane.
The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come. -
Re: Josh Hamilton to the Angels
Hamilton in LA spells trouble if you ask me. But if he's healthy and clean, for my money he's the best offensive player in the league. Could have been one of the all time greats if he wouldn't have had his issues. Him and Trout playing next to each other in the outfield is almost unfair.

Re: Josh Hamilton to the Angels
how do they have the cash to afford him and Albert?
-
Re: Josh Hamilton to the Angels
This is why they have first, second and third base. You intentionally walk all three.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Where does this leave a guy like Mark Trumbo?
