The rookie record for single game passing yards for the Redskins was set today. It wasnt RGIII though.

Re: Week 15 Thread
ROY is RGIII, no doubt to me.
Second is Luck, third is Alfred Morris... Maybe 4th for Russell.

The media loves up on RGIII and therefore that's why people think he wins it and can't properly read the stat line. Plus - he won the most prestigious collegiate award...he's gotta win all NFL awards too!

He's only had 1 int at home, and the hawks are undefeated in the.. Wait for it.. C'link

Re: Week 15 Thread
the wheels are falling off in Detroit. They're getting pounded by 28 in Arizona. Arizona, a team that hadn't even scored more than 28 points in a game, yet this season.
Does Schwartz come back next year?

Does Schwartz come back next year? A couple of weeks ago I said, based on what I was hearing on Detroit sports radio, he had at least one more year. I don't know anymore, though. There is a lot of pessimism in the Motor City right now. A lot of people now think last year was a fluke and that this year is the real Lions. They see a front office that continues to make the same mistakes that the Millen administration made. Look at this year's draft. While Riley Reiff may end up being a quality tackle a few years from now, every Lions fan knew that they had obvious weaknesses that needed to be addressed NOW if they wanted to win now. The secondary, running back, and receivers on the opposite side of Megatron are all areas that needed addressing. They didn't even address those areas in free agency.
The problem is much deeper than Schwartz, but may end up costing him his job. I still think he gets one more year, but I wouldn't place nearly as much money on that stance as I would have a few weeks ago.
