Sounds like it's correspondence, training journals, financial records, etc. Additionally he resisted a subpoena on the info. Obviously this is not an admission of guilt, but combined with everything that's come out about him, I don't know how anyone can still believe he was clean.

Mrs. Velo and I were huge fans but just reading a small fraction of the evidence convinced us. We have a lot of respect for Hincapie and his testimony is pretty damning.
Regardless, they were riding at a time where pretty much every contender was using and they managed to dominate. I guess you have to give them credit for being exceptional cheaters among a peloton of cheaters.
