True, but they also have money to throw around, as seen by Kirk's monstrosity of a contract. They have the resources to bring in a decent coach too. So it can go both ways.

Why would anyone want this to happen? He is clearly on the decline. His top recruits for this years recruiting class have decommitted so kids are seeing that the Iowa program is on the decline. If Iowa sucks again next season, there is a good chance he will be fired. For him it would be a great move to leave, for teams that play Iowa, it would be a bad move.
