Thank God. Now once football is over, I won't have to watch that "sport" called "NBA" to get a sports fix.
I used to make fun of hockey, then I actually went to some games. Now when I am at a live Detroit Redwings game I feel the same level of excitement and energy that I do at Jack Trice before kick off.
NHL is by far the best pro sport league to watch live. I've found the NFL and NBA to be much more entertaining to watch at home and while I do love baseball some games can be tough to sit through. The speed, physicality, and fans make hockey games awesome to watch in person.
Hockey in HD is actually pretty decent. It is still best watched live, but HD brings more of the action on to the screen and HD just kicks *** anyway.
The Kings playoff run last year was as entertaining as any.
People still watch SportsCenter??? That show has been horrible for the better part of a decade
Blackhawks games are my favorite sporting event to go to, hands down. One of the most underrated traditions in sports is the national anthem at a Blackhawks game. Everyone just cheering their ***** off during it. I've seen it done many times and it still gives me MAJOR chills.
