The inferior AFC?

I was just looking at the order of picks for the upcoming NFL draft, and I noticed that 9 of the first 12 picks come from the AFC. That seems shocking to me, and pretty out of balance. Is the AFC that bad, on the whole?

3 of the them are from the AFC East. Patriots were 6-0 in the division.

Most of those teams are consistently bad, except for the Chargers.

Jet's were lucky a couple years.

The AFC was awful this year. Look at the head to head record.

Other than the Patriots and Broncos the AFC was very weak this year

Really? The 49ers made them look like a JV squad. Everyone is putting this Superbowl in NE's bag, but I don't know how you can ignore that result.

The Ravens just beat the Broncos in their own stadium with seasons and careers on the line, and you're not going to at the very least toss the Ravens a bone in this conversation?

Well it's not like the 49ers are bad and they only lost by a TD.

Looking at their whole body of work I'd say no, they were very inconsistent the whole season.

Wait, a JV squad? They lost by 7? Oh, you're not counting the 4th quarter. I see. Because the game only counts in the first 3 quarters...

Not really here nor there, I think as a whole the Ravens were not that strong this year. They backed into the playoffs, have played two solid games thus far but consider me skeptical that they have two more in them at this point.
