Not 100% sure, but I think the Vikes already have the 2nd most picks in this year's draft. So they'll probably trade him for something like a 2nd and a 4th, at best. And, as luck would have it, this is considered a pretty crappy draft this year. Throw in the fact that Spielman actually had a pretty good draft last year, and we're pretty much screwed.

The draft is considered crappy because of the top of it and the lack of QBs in the top 10, that is all. There is plenty of value in the draft as a whole.
And how does Spielman having a GREAT draft last year make us screwed this year?
My prediction for this whole thing is the Vikings will get a 2nd and a 4th and change and use those picks to move up, because, like you said, they have a ton of picks this year. If they traded for 3 picks, they would have more than SF, I believe.
