They are. But it would seem they want to sell the naming rights before they sell the franchise to cash a bigger check. Then the new owners would just get whatever as part of the deal.

I also sat in these seats this past year for a Marlins game and it is an awesome experience to be that close. And the seats weren't too pricey. It'll be nice to be have these seats on the third-base side to be closer to the Cubs dugout.
