Sage can throw the deep ball and is just mobile enough to be a threat. Being 6-4 also helps. He has a very good future as he is getting better each year.

I was at ISU from 99-03 and many of my friends were on the football team so the cry baby remark was less about his ability to throw a football than about my perception of his character.

In reality Sage was fine, especially on a team with no history of winning. No one blamed him for losses but acted like he was a gift when he handed the ball to Davis or threw it close enough to a receiver to leap a tall building and catch it. ISU was great for Sage I just think D-Walk or Gerrin Scott(pre back surgery) could have each done as much or more for the Cyclones than Sage did, given the chance.

Wow! Are you sure you're not a closet Hawkeyes fan? Their best QB is always the guy riding the bench.
