Its kind of a combination of the Vikings "Love Boat" and the Duke Lax situation. Although it appears there might be more to this one.

I heard about the prostitute thing too. Not sure why he's paying for prostitutes....you'd think being one of the best in the world would get you something for free....I used to hate the guy because he was such a cocky little whiner (still is), but his talent is undeniable. His pardner Tevez is awesome too.

Well, technically yeah. I meant 'partner' as 'teammate'. But I get your point. Wunderkind Rooney need to play more, he was hot in the 6 or so games he played early on. He has kind of disappeared lately it seems.
Does anyone play the 'Fantasy Premier League' that Barclays offers? It's pretty fun if you're in to soccer at all. Fantasy Premier League - a Fantasy Football Game for the Barclays Premier League | | |

[/url] Soccer is easily my favorite sport but every time I've tried to play fantasy I just can't get into it like I do with football, baseball, and basketball.

I guess I have a crew of guys that get together every saturday morning to hoot and holler at Fox Soccer Channel, so it's more of a social thing that way.

Guess you're right, goal and an assist in his last 2 games, Rooney. Man I've been listening to those damn Brits talk again

I love watching Ronaldo. He's so much fun! The English and Italian leagues are so much more fun to watch than the MLS. I just got FIFA '08, and it is amazing!

Great Fulham game on the FSC this morning. They might come from behind for once.
I'm a Fulham fan because they have so many Americans, and they added Eddie Johnson last week. Maybe that's why there at the bottom of the table.

Yeah, all those Americans could be playing in the Championship next year which would be too bad. I follow the Wizards a little bit and when Eddie was hot he carried the team but he also tends to get in a funk and disappear for weeks at a time. I don't see him being a savior for Fulham.
Also, that free kick from Ronaldo was insane. Tough to position a ball any better than that.
