Usually (well, in the fantasy NASCAR games I have been in the last few years) you have an "auction" where you have a set amount of "money" to bid on drivers. You win 4 drivers and can "start" 3 per race. Then whatever Cup points they get, you get, and you are paired against one of the other people in the group and whoever they have as their drivers. | | | |

Through Yahoo there is no bidding on drivers. It's a tiered setup.
There's a top, middle, and lower level of drivers. You pick 1 driver from the top and lower levels and 2 from the middle level and you get points based on their finish in the Nextel Cup race. The catch is that you can only use a single driver 9 times in a season. So you could select Jimmy Johnson or Jr. for the first 9 races but after that their finishes don't count for you if you have them on your team. It's really pretty simple. Doesn't take much effort. Actually the hardest part is remembering to set you line-up each race but if you do forget, your line-up from the previous week is used. | | | |

OK. It's setup. I forgot to mention you need a Yahoo account - but it's free.
In order to join the group, You'll need to go to Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Auto Racing, click on the "Sign Up" button to create a team. After completing registration, or if you already have a team, click the "Create or Join Group" button and follow the path to join an existing private group. Then, when prompted, enter the following information...
