LOL....probably to celebrate the fact that the Dolphins still have the only perfect season on record with the SB win.

Are you serious??? Can Shula please just go away? His Dolphins probably would have had 3 losses in today's football climate.

I often do wonder how the "great" teams of old would match up against todays teams. I honestly think they would get killed because of the way kids are being brought up today to just be beasts.

Little Boy: "What are you doing Gene Chizik?"
Gene Chizik: "Pwning noobs."

I guess when you have a season like this you take whatever you can get.

Actually as a Dolphins fan, I wanted the pats to win because of Mercury Morris, what an arrogant SOB.

Three? I'd say take the 72 Dolphins, put them in a time machine set to today, let them play a full season, and they'd win maybe, let's see, 0 games. That's right, 16 losses.

Now, if that same 72 Dolphins team had the training players do today, and were brought up in today's era, I'd say they'd win maybe 8 games tops. Maybe.

You're right. I was overestimating it a bit. But I think you're underestimating it a bit. Maybe they could be a 9 win wild card team.
