There are 2 kinds of coaches.
1. Gracious losers
2. Guys who can't fake it quite so well

I really wish they wouldn't interview players/coaches of the loosing team right after the game, especially the SB. Too many bad emotions flowing for too much good to happen from it.

Can I get credits for every time the word "class" or some variation of it has been used in this thread? For that matter, everywhere on this website?
Not saying I don't agree having class (there's another one!) is important. I just see "class" (bingo!) thrown around here lot.
Some of you might think it a classless (yes!) move for me to post something like this, but I'm just joking around. Have a little sense of humor and show some class (woot woot!).
Class.

Perhaps the coaches felt it was best for him not to be on the sidelines - but I find that hard to believe. Actually, I think it depends on the situation. When Minnesota's Chad Greenway got injured and was out for the season, he wasn't allowed on the sideline. He sat in a luxury box for every game. There was a big article on it in ESPN the magazine. I'm not sure if it was team rules, or NFL policy that kept him off of the sideline, but he wasn't allowed to be there. Maybe that's just the Giant's policy? Who knows?

Well like I said, I really don't care that he left the field with one second left. He knew the game was over and didn't act like a child crying for 1 or 2 seconds to be put back up, which accomplishes nothing. I give him credit for that.

I didn't like him leaving the field. But...it looked to me like the clock stopped at 2 seconds, then ran down to zero. This is when Bill headed out for the handshake, then they put 1 second back on.
When Bill left the field I of course thought immediately of Moss. The camera panned over to Moss (the way I recall it) who appeared to be leaving the field also. But then Moss stopped and reversed direction back toward the sideline. I guess he learned the hard way.
That's the way I saw it.

The players for sure...but what made him rise to the level of the all-time great coaches? What did he learn from Cleveland to New England?
It would appear that he became more adept at cheating.
