Peyton Manning

How much do you think Peyton enjoyed watching the Pats lose their perfect season last night? He had to LOVEEEE it.

Peyton is a really good guy. Twice the man Brady is and I'm glad he was able to keep the trophy in the family.

I was wondering something similar. Was he cheering for his brother? Or against the rival Pats?

Had to be double sweet for him.

What makes Peyton Manning such a good guy and Tom Brady half the man. Do you know them personally? Just wondering if it's an opinion based on television commercials.

Re: Peyton Manning

Why would a "really good guy" celebrate the loss of someone at the hands of someone else? Being happy for your brother is one thing, but who cares about the Patriots? Three weeks ago you lay an egg against the Chargers.

If he "LOVEEED" it, it's because he's jealous the Patriots even had a chance to go 19-0. And Peyton had nothing to do with "keeping the trophy" in the family. Your post makes no sense to me.

Tom Brady is a first class a-hole! Has a child with Bridget, and then refuses to acknowledge that the baby is his. Not a classy move on his part. I actually like Brady until this whole thing shook out.

I would say he was a lot more happier for his brother winning then the Patriots loosing.

Peyton isn't off knocking up every woman in a dress (of course perhaps that's becasue he is a lil' funny lookin..lol).

He is a great role model and doesn't have the arrogance that Brady tends to express.

I believe that he's happier that li'l brother won a Super Bowl and MVP. Of course, Brady and the Pats going down was a pretty good bonus.

I enjoyed watching Peyton on Saturday Night Live... it was probably the first time I've watched that show in about a decade... but the United Way commerical with the little kids was priceless.... (sorry I can't find it on youtube)

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

I thought the Tom Brady video on sexual harrassment was pretty good as well.

NBC/Universal probably made whoever posted it to youtube take it down. A couple of years ago, I put up a clip of the Brian Setzer Orchestra on Conan, and NBC got all hissy about it.

Re: Peyton Manning

Are we seriously discussing whether Peyton Manning is happier that his brother won or that the Patriots lost? Is there really any question to that?

Think of it this way. If your little brother led his college football team to win against Iowa in the national championship game--well OK, Iowa wouldn't reach the national championship game...

All right, if your little brother led his college football team to a win against Iowa for the Big Ten championship--well, that's probably not going to happen anytime soon...

OK, if your little brother led his college football team against Iowa in its equivalent of the Super Bowl--wait...

My point is that if it were my little brother, I'd be happy and proud that he overcame adversity, ignored the critics, beat the odds and was the MVP in one of the biggest upsets in Super Bowl--nay, pro sports history. The fact that it was a win against Iowa--er, the Patriots is just icing on the cake.
