I wouldn't be surprised if someone threw an offer at him, but it's going to be considerably less than Bonds feels he's worth, and my guess is he retires.

Probably no one unless they let him out on prison leave...ironically that would be a Clemons-like contract, only playing on weekends or something like that.

I'm betting that he signs mid-season with a team looking to contend or has an injury to one of their main players. I doubt he is playing anywhere opening day but once the season gets going there are always teams looking to make a move once the race is one.

I have heard that right now his price is way too high... There are teams interested, but not at $20 mil/year. If he brings it down to say, $8-10 mill then that opens a few windows. In the end I think you will have teams like the A's, Rangers, Rays, Orioles, and maybe even Twins and Yankees kicking the tires...
