I like their number one pick Cleveland is fantastic. There is not a bad seat in the house.
I thought Texas should have been a little higher on the list. I thought it was a great stadium and I really didn't agree with the low neighborhood ranking.
I don't know how Yankee stadium is the 16th best neighborhood rating unless it has really been cleaned up. When I was there about 8 years ago there was a McDonalds across the street surrounded by Razor wire with a Metal detector at the entrance.

Not to mention that when open you can hardly tell a roof even exists. I was referring to the asthetics too. The roof goes like 15 stories in the air I would have to guess. Enough to be higher than a baseball would go. I think it's pretty impressive.
Was it a Japanese firm that built the roof? I can't remember-
My gf's dad is working for a company that is doing a lot of repairs. so we got to go up on the roof before the game. Apparently the largest ball bearing in the world is used to move the huge plates that make up the roof. It takes like 7 min. to move all 5 plates by 2 little trains. Kind of interesting-

That's because there is no neighborhood :) It's just 6 Flags, The Ballpark, the new Cowboys' stadium, and then open areas, parking lots, some 80's style strip commercial buildings. Arlington is the town, but the town doesn't exactly surround the ballpark(s).

And the ball bearings were what the original company screwed up... they used ones that were basically on the market, and that roof needed custom designed bearings to withstand the vertical and horizontal forces. I believe the brewers and the engineers promise closure in 10 mins.

Sucks for Cleveland. I heard one more losing season and the owner is going to move them to Miami.

And I, Bruno, will dive 1,000 feet into a block of cement. On my head, yet!
