Doesn't look good? I suppose it could look worse- like if the police were filming while he was shooting. I suppose there could be some circumstances related to this that we don't know, like if the guy was attacking him or something, but you would have thought that would have come up right after the shooting.

Wow...definitely a shocker.
Not to defend Marvin, but these athletes are often baited into these situations. Poked and poked and poked until they finally snap - so someone can make a quick buck off 'em.
Regardless, if true, Marvin should've just let whatever it was go - unless he was in fact threatened.
