It appears that tonight's Twins-Orioles game included a very rare play. I haven't seen it yet on Sports Center, but according to the Gameday recap Joe Mauer drove in 2 runs on a sacrifice fly play. The ball was caught in left center by the CF and Nick Punto scored from 3rd and Carlos Gomez scored from 2nd. No errors were charged so I'm not sure if it was just Gomez's speed or if the CF hit the wall or fell down.
He made the catch running on the warning track, slipped and fell, tossed the ball to the left fielder and they tried to throw him out, but couldn't get him.
I can't believe pure speed got enabled a runner to tag and score from second...something must have happened to the outfielder.
I saw the replay and the CF did slip on the warning track after the catch. He quickly relayed the ball the the LF who relayed it back the infield, but it wasn't even close at the plate. Gomez was right on Punto's heels.

So when Manny cut off the throw from Damon a few years back, is this what he was going for?
