I started looking at past drafts on nbadraft.net. I forgot that the last time Chicago had the #1 overall pick they did take a PF. Elton Brand. At the time he was listed at 6'8" but he had a 7'5" wingspan!
I'm still at work and I'm hoping to get home in time for part of the draft. So does it look like Miami is going to take Beasley or Mayo?
Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

Mayo looks like a clown in that suit with his sneakers on. He actually doens't looks like a completely different person in that suit than he does in a uniform.
Pat Riley: "The day the season was over, we went right to work to figure out who we wanted in the draft." That is BS. He didn't even wait until the last day of the season. he gave up on his team half way through the year, and went out looking at college players.
