When, exactly, was Elway's prime after he got the crap beaten out of him early in his career? Elway was such the better quarterback, it's not even funny. I'd even put Marino ahead of Favre. Favre is good, even great, but there's no reason to go slobbering all over yourself.

You are entitled to your opinion. I disagree strongly. Especially with the Marino comparison.

Just so you know I am a Vikings fan who has had the oppurtunity to meet Elway twice when I was younger. I respect him and think he is a top 5 QB probably top 3. But to me, there is something about Favre that nobody else has. Only "haters" can't see that:smile:

Good heavens, I hardly hate the guy. Just don't think he's the best. For that matter, I don't really hate anything.
