    funny thing is he was second team all conference his senior year of HS.

    from the DSM Register 2000 Elite All State Team...he wasn't even 2nd team all-state that year. I couldn't find all CIML but if Macri beat him out for all-state, I'd assume he beat him out for all CIML. Weirder things have happend though! Regardless, he was great at Purdue!

    At the time, everyone figured Purdue just signed him because of the big arm, not actual performance.
