Who's the genius at KCCI that decided that the Oakland/KC game was more important to show than the Minnesota/Indy game?

This has Marty Tirrell's stink on it.

They screwed up last week by showing the New York Bretts instead of the Chiefs. This is a make up for that.

Really? In week 2? Huh.

The Chiefs and Raiders are both 0-1.

The Colts and Vikings are both 0-1. Certainly looks like both games mean something.

MArty also burned this move. TERRIBLE job by KCCI. Even Cheifs fans admit Vikings/Colts is the game to watch. Completely unnacceptable.

Vikings will prob make the playoffs, and the chiefs and raiders join Miami as the worst teams in the NFL.

Didn't say they did.

However, as a Chiefs fan, I'd much rather watch them than the Vikings/Colts, no matter how bad the Chiefs are. And there is a much larger KC fanbase here than there is Vikings/Colts.

Much like as an ISU fan, I'd much rather watch ISU play than Texas or Oklahoma, no matter how bad ISU is. But I don't get that choice very often.

KCCI made the right move.

Good defensive stand by KC there.

In my experience in Ames/Des Moines for the last 20 years, more people I've met are Vikings fans than Chiefs fans.

I really think Locals (States) that do not have a Pro Team should be able to vote for the viewing game of there choice......but that will never happen...

The Chiefs should never be on local TV in central Iowa, not when there are plenty of better games to show. Fortunately, I'm not at the mercy of bad decision makers who know nothing about football (just like Chiefs fans). I'm enjoying the Vikings/Colts game with the NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV, along with many other games involving good teams.
