Chris Alexander with Oklahoma City Thunder

I had a friend tell me he saw his name on the roster so I did a search for him and yahoo has him on the roster.

Yet, when I go to their team website it doesn't have him listed on the roster.

Has anyone else heard about him possibly making the team in OKC?

Looks like he is a training camp invitee. Not sure what that means.

If Smith is unable to play, the Thunder will be left with Chris Wilcox, Nick Collison and training camp invitee Chris Alexander as the only healthy big men.

No kidding. For as much hype as he had coming in, I've never been more underwhelmed. Talk about un-coordinated.

I don't even know if that explains it...he is like discombobulated out there. Be interesting to see him make the team however.

We can't think of anything better to say about the guy? I just looked at stats and he didn't do bad in his short time at ISU.

Re: Chris Alexander with Oklahoma City Thunder

I remember one game I was sitting near the ISU bench and one of the assistants was constantly yelling at him on defense "Chris move your feet! MOVE! MOVE! You have to move around on defense you can't just stand there!" because all he did was just stand there in the middle of the lane. Offensively he had 1 move: dribble dribble dribble hookshot. It was a nice hookshot but defenses pretty much collapsed on him knowing what was coming when he got the ball.

Look at Chris' numbers against KU. That should tell you where he stood that first year. Arkansas Pine Bluff numbers shouldn't count.

...because he had 1 monster game against some turd bag team that inflated his stats for the whole 5 games he played for us...or however many it was.(not much)

What that class might have been
Jackson Vroman
Chris Alexander
Tim Barnes
Jerome Harper
Adam Haluska

Wow, no wonder we were excited heading into that season. We also had Jake and Homan.
