    AL MVP: Pedroia

I'd rather have Carlos Quentin, self-injury infliction and all.

What? Pedroia does everything. What is not to love about him as a baseball player?

Maybe his .869 OPS or the fact that he wasn't even the MVP on his own team. I could name 5 players that would be a better candidate than Pedroia.

His .233 postseason average kind of sucked.

Who pretty much carried the Sox when Ortiz was down? Pedroia. The kid is an absolute Stud!

    Re: AL MVP: Pedroia

IMO if Josh Hamilton could have kept his second half numbers like his half, he would have ran away with this thing....but he didnt. Pedroia did bat in the 3 hole a lot of the time after Manny left which is crazy to think since he's a 2nd baseman and not a lot of them bat for power. He did an amazing job this yr tho, Congrats to Pedroia

    Re: AL MVP: Pedroia

Not even the MVP of the right side of his team's infield.

But what is even more of a disgrace is K-Rod getting someone's first-place vote.
