    I was disappointed to hear that one of the legal maneuvers his attorney will use is to file for an appeal - which may take up to one year before another trial is scheduled.

    And when waiting for an appeal, the defendant is typically allowed to be released on bail; so it may be possible OJ is out for at least another year.

    I believe the judge denied that motion already. There were 3 or 4 pre-sentencing motions that she denied.
