There has been a character cloud surrounding Plaxico dating back to at least his days with the Steelers. Many teams said thanks, but no thanks, when he hit the FA market. There was a lot of speculation as to if the Giants ended up being the winners or the losers in the deal. At least they ended up with a championship so they got what they wanted even if he hasn't been a model citizen.
A small "cache" of firearms?
