Ryan is a stud and they have the burnner in the backfield so IF (and thats a big IF) the Vikes don't go all they way I will be pulling for the Falcons...

No way the Vikes get past the 1st round unfortunately. The Eagles are on a mission. I don't see anyone beating the Giants though, period.

That is the formula..but the problem with that argument is that with the exception of AZ, all the other teams have a very good defense combined with a good running game, AND very good qb's. (altho I wouldnt be shocked if Matt Ryan struggles)

I agree with this - I think the Eagles win at Minny by 10 or more and Atlanta handles Arizona - perhaps by an even bigger margin.

Next round would then give some nice match-ups, both being the 3rd meeting for the respective teams (Giants vs Eagles, Panthers vs Falcons).

The guy is a million LBS! All he has to do to be affective is stand there and maybe push they RB down when he comes his way...

Since the Bears aren't in it, I'll just be watching as a fan. I'd like to see the Eagles get to the SB and shut everyone (mainly the media) up about McNabb being done and Andy Reid being fired.

As long as the Vikings lose though, I'll be happy.

That sounds good to me. Anybody that wants to get rid of McNabb is crazy. They have nobody behind him. I don't see anything great about Kolb. I was a little bit wary of Reid halfway through the season when he refused to run the ball. But, I realize that he's better than about 90% of the re-treads that would end up being available.

I do believe the Eagles will get past the Vikings, but I'm a little nervous about facing the Giants again...

Actually, by most of the game I meant very little Justin Tuck, no Aaron Ross, no Barry Coefield, Mathias Kiawanuka played about half the game, Sam Madison went down..Fred Robbins played about 2/3 of his normal snaps..

They won 3 in a row vs the Cardinals Giants and BROWNS and everyone thinks they are unbeatable...(The cowboys were beat before they stepped on the field so I don't count this one!) Stop Brian in the playoffs and you beat the eagles. Period.

The Giants as just solid up and down and they pry have the best o-line in football...so they scare me because the vikes were not able to get to Eli or Carr their last meeting...

    He is right...

But I will take the matchup of Aaron Ross vs Bernard Barian in the playoffs...Or is Sam your shut down corner? Either way I give it the adv. to BB

Giants / Schmiants - We lost to them by 5 points in the first game and beat them by 6 in the second - in their house. The Eagles are surging at the right time
