That's not just my favorite Tiger Shot - it's my favorite shot ever. Unbelievable. Of course, luck involved, but you have to put yourself in position with great skills to have luck as consistently as he does. That was amazing.

Hopefully, he'll be the same Tiger when he returns.

If you didn't know any better you would think that was a Nike commercial.

I remember watching it live. That was unbelievable.

That was a really entertaining commercial and the skills to bounce it up and down on his wedge was amazing.

What do you mean you watch a commercial live? Were you there for the filming?

BTW, I thought I heard that the commercial got yanked soon after airing. If I remember correctly, Tiger was still using Titleist balls, but was endorsed by Nike golf wear ( I don't think Nike started making golf balls yet, or Tiger still preferred Titileist). And Titleist contends Tiger did not get permission to use a golf ball in a TV commercial unless it was endorsed by Titleist; since it was Nike commercial, it ticked them off even more and they couldn't come to terms, so the commercial had to be yanked.

I was so ******. I was screaming at the TV for it not to go in. And then it did. It was the shot that won the tourney for him. That was a great masters and a great shot, but I didn't want Tiger to win.

If you ever go to the Masters, get tickets to the practice round. Hang around the 16th and you will see every player hit dozens of shots similar to that for that pin placement.

As far as my favorite Tiger shots,
1. By far, the chip in from the back edge of the island green #17 at TPC at Sawgrass in the US Amateur.

2. The hole in one at the Phoenix open a few years back...

i love it. i was just looking up masters info last night after watching some of the buick this weekend. i went to the range on saturday. i have the itch. gotta love texas...year round golf.
