Team USA get's 10 run ruled in the WBC.

Davey Johnson left Peavy in while he was getting killed. They stopped the game in the 7th inning because we were getting beat so bad. Embarrasing.

It was bad... Johnson said that he wanted to let Peavy get some work, but that could have been done in the bullpen afterwords to get his pitch count up... He looked bad, but the US wasn't getting to Vazquez either, so I can see it both ways...

If we get shoved out of this after our next game, that will be even more sad. A win against the dutch isnt impressing anyone.

Isn't Puerto Rico part of the US? If I can go somewhere and don't need a passport they should be playing with us.

Good point, I thought it was strange that Felipe Lopez was playing on PR being that he was born in the US and barely even speaks spanish...

It's garbage how they let you bounce back an forth from team to team... I mean. A-Rod was on the U.S. last time, but he thought the Dominicans gave him a better chance to win this time so he was going to be on that team... It make the WBC look ********.

Also, that game vs. Puerto Rico.... that was PATHETIC!

A part of me really wants the US to win, mainly so my brother can be a part of it... But, it would probably be better for the future of the tournament for the US to lose again...

Baseball is doing fine in other parts of the world... I want the US to win... period. A fellow Iowan being on the squad just makes me want them to win even more... Go U.S.A.
