What is Denver doing??

Trade Cutler to the Bears for 2 first rounders. Ok, good, that is about the max they could get out of him...

What do they need? DEFENSE!! What do they do, spend that first pick at number 12 on Knowshon Moreno, when they could have still very easily got him at 18, instead of taking Brian Orakpo, who is perfect for what they are trying to go to, a 3-4.

THEN they finally get it and draft Robert Ayers. Ok, that makes sense, thats what they need. They're d-line is awful!

THEN they decide to trade away NEXT years first rouder, which they got for Cutler because Everette Brown and Rae Mauluga are still on the board, makes sense, take one of them, from 4 are bad. INSTEAD they take Alfonso Smith, a corner... WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!?!?

It is certainly going to be a re-build in Denver, not sure how much patience I have because I was a huge Mike Shanahan guy. They just needed to get him some front office help (imo) and a Great Defensive minded guy for the DC postion.

I guess they want the mantle of worst franchise in the NFL, and I'm sad to say they are well on their way.

atleast they both addressed a NEED... tell me, does Denver really need another running back? Already have J.J. Arrington, Correll Buckhalter, Andre Hall, Peyton Hillis, LaMont Jordan, Andrew Pinnock, Ryan Torain, and Selvin Young... You don't think we can manage with those 8 guys??

Correll Buckhalter - no idea due to his health
LaMont Jordan - power back
Selvin Young - will be challenging for a position

Chiefs gave upa 3-4 defensive player that was cream of the crop for a LSU player. First three years all LSU. I would never pass up a Curry for this guy

That wasn't even the dumbest pick the Raiders did the safety they took in rd 2 some teams had a a priority free agent not even drafted and they take him in rd 2.WOW. Denver I understand the rb pick a little. As far as trading the number 1 next year they still have Chicago's first next year so at least they have a 1 next year. Carolina gives up a 1 next year to move up 7 spots in the draft why?

i am not as mad about the first 3 picks anymore. we traded 1 of next years first round picks for a 2nd round pick. the corner they go would have been a top 10 pick if he wasnt so short. he has skill he has had 20 ints in his career. one think i am excited about is denvers secondary all of them are ball hawks and will be flying to the ball. the only failed to get a dt which maybe the guys that are currently on the team are good enough for the year. Things seem crazy but I believe the front office saw all of these guys as future stars and that is why they were reaching for them instead of hoping and waiting for them.

you gotta make some sense out of the moreno pick for me... we have 8 RBs on the roster already, and ALOT bigger need at different positions than that... makes no sense to me... none at all

Moreno is a better RB that anyone on the roster currently. Enough said.
