    Since when has Al been one not to pay players? The past few years have been tough for the Raiders but Al has done a lot of good in the league over the years so I can deal with these past 5 or 6 years.

    All I know is that Crabtree had a large smile on his face when he wasn't selected by Al. That says something when these guys coming out know that their career takes a serious hit if they go there. I, as a Niners fan, was happy as hell because that basically locked up Crabtree or Maclin which are both viable options. Then to top of that pick, they take a guy that barely cracked the top 100 if that, with their second pick. Does Al Davis just think he knows more than everyone else or does he have complete hammerheads in his front office. I mean this is getting ridiculous.

    In all honesty... This guy very well has the assets to be a STAR receiver in the league!! If, and thats a HUGE if, he can survive Al Davis he has the makings to be an ELITE receiver....to be honest, he seems to be the modern day Cheddar Bob
