Are you serious?? Four OT games, including one double OT and a triple OT, and one more game decided by a last second three. Best series ever... no matter what round, regardless of Game 7. If it only wasn't for game 3, it would have been hands down best series ever.

First off there was no maverick/warriors series last year.

Secondly, in 2007 when they did play there were only two games that had a 4 point differential or less. The series only went six games and had ZERO OT's! Just because it was a big upset didn't make it the best series ever. Actually, it's not even close.

If the upsets make it a great series I think we can say that the 1994 series between the #8 Denver Nuggets beating the Seattle Supersonics would still be a better series than the mavs/warriors. You may not be old enough to remember that series.

Bulls/Celtics is the best first round series EVER....

I usually stay far away from NBA basketball...but wow, this has been amazing. I've caught myself watching the past few games. Definitely worth tossing aside studying for finals.

Bulls/Celtics is the best first round series EVER....

Hadn't those Sonics won about 62 games? They were stifling defensively against everybody, they had Shawn Kemp flying all over the place, Gary Payton shutting people down, and then they suddenly lost to the 8 seed. I remember being totally blown away as I watched that game.
