Not sure how its contradictory. Its soccer. Its in Europe. Its European Soccer. Now if I really wanted to be nit picky i could say that you don't know how to spell FUTBOL.

It makes me chuckle because the only team that Americans are fans of are the good ones. AKA Barca, Man U, Chelsea, Real Madrid, AC Milan, etc. Fair weather fans. Also, more often than not they actually know very little about the game in general.

So good teams are more popular? Just like in any other sport ever played? How do you know this? Did you write your thesis on it?
