I- Cubs stadium need repairs
DES MOINES, Iowa -- City engineers have made some quick repairs to Principal Park, but more work may be needed.
Cracks in concrete panels were found last week after a 10-foot chuck of concrete fell onto the concourse at the stadium, which is home to the Iowa Cubs minor league baseball team.
No one was injured.
Workers attached plywood to some spots before the start of Wednesday's double-header.
Don Tripp, the city's parks and recreation director, says if officials had any concerns about public safety, the 20-year-old stadium would not stay open.
Engineers are still trying to determine what caused the cracks and how to make permanent repairs.

Heh, just like Wrigley.
I've enjoyed every I Cubs game I've been to, actually.
