Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
No GM in the NBA is apparently more active right now than Minnesota’s David Kahn, as he’s apparently set on “making a big splash in his first draft” according to one NBA executive, and is “talking to everyone” at the moment. One rumor that is making the rounds has Memphis sending Minnesota Kevin Love in exchange for the #2 pick (and filler). Minnesota would then draft Ricky Rubio, which could help them significantly with their ticket sales, and still have the #6 pick at their disposal, which they could use to take someone like Jordan Hill.

Hell yes! Do it! We should have OJ Mayo anyways...

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
Apparently the Wolves have offered Love to Memphis along with a pick (18?) to get the number 2 pick in this draft. Memphis would then end up with both Love and Mayo in last years draft and the Wolves would draft Rubio and Hill if there at 2 and 6

I'd be down with this. We should've never ended up with Love anyways....

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
That is true. What i find interesting is that I have read where Amare was offered for Jefferson which was turned down. Miller and Love both maybe traded and the Wolves with 5 picks in this draft instead of maybe trading one of them for a future first seem like they want more picks in the draft.

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
Unless you are getting Blake Griffin in this draft, this isn't the draft to be making a big "splash" in because it's being tabbed as a pretty weak draft.

What I don't wonder is why the Bulls are looking at point guards when they have Rose and Hinrich already. They should trade their 2 first rounders for a proven big man they desperately need.

Totally agree. I'd trade Miller at the deadline and you may get more for him than now. I think if they do that trade with Love its to get Rubio and Hill but there is no certainty that Hill will make it to 6

The bulls are looking for more depth at the PG spot. I'm not sure they really want Captain Kirk handling the PG responsibilities next year when Rose is on the bench.

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
Bulls need a backup PG so Kirk can take over the SG/backup backup PG

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
The thunder should trade one of their 3 other first round picks with their third overall pick, to trade up for hometown hero, blake griffin....
-
Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
The thunder want to but the Clippers won't trade the first pick inless they wither get rid of Davis or Randolph according to what I've read. Also the Wolves offered Miller to the Clippers for Kamen and the Clippers countered with Camby

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
I agree, this would be a good move by the wolves. You've already got Jefferson at the PF position and Love is probably never going to be an All-Star.

Re: Wolves may trade Kevin Love?
Um.... Kevin Love is a rebounding machine who has an outside shot... I mean, he's a little slow, but I wouldn't just throw him away as though he's nothing...
