    They did like him, unfortunately with the trade they made acquiring three players from the T-Wolves last week, there wasn't a roster spot available and he was on a one-year contract.

    It may be tough for Mike to find a spot elsewhere with the economic situation. A lot of teams will probably not have the 15 player max roster, opting to carry 13 or 14 to save a few hundred grand instead. My guess is he will get a try-out for training camp elsewhere and end up in the D-League or making a good living overseas.

    He was 13th on the team in minutes played on a team that wound up with the 1st pick in the draft.

    I wouldn't say it's any sort of guarantee at all that he gets picked up somewhere.

    He won't start the season on a team, but he will get picked up after injuries, etc. happen mid season.

    i think he will get picked up pretty fast, he has a good burst that a team will look for off the bench.. im thinking stayin in Cal and a team like Golden State, or NO would be a good fit
    Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.
